About Fredric Shauger, Attorney At Law

Fredric Shauger, Attorney At Law, has been in private practice in the State of New Jersey since 1971. A graduate of Rutgers College in 1965 and Rutgers Law School in 1968, he has been a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey since 1968 and a member of the Supreme Court of the United States since 1973.   Before entering private practice in 1971, Mr. Shauger served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nelson F. Stamler (Matrimonial), the Honorable Jacob L. Triarsi (Civil) and the Honorable Ralph DeVita (Criminal). He served as Assistant Union County Prosecutor from 1969-71, where his experience included municipal corruption investigations, presentations to the Grand Jury and Petit Jury trials. Mr. Shauger is ably supported by Anabel, his administrative assistant since 1981, who is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Shauger’s office is located in the Bank of America Building, 554 South Livingston Avenue, at the corner of Northfield Road and South Livingston Avenue in Livingston. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening and Saturday appointments can be arranged.
